✔ Chef Arrival Time:
The head chef and an assistant (if required) will arrive approximately
3–4 hours before the serving time, depending on the menu and the number of guests.

✔ Unforeseen Circumstances:
In case the chef is unable to reach the venue due to unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances,
the company’s responsibility will be limited to a full refund of the amount received.
Once the refund is processed, no further claims or compensation shall be applicable.

✔ What’s Not Included:
- ❌ Ingredients and cooking utensils are not provided.
- ❌ Utensil cleaning service is not included.

✔ Step-by-Step Service Process:
- Select event details and book your chef.
- A chef is assigned and the ingredients list is shared.
- The chef arrives and prepares delicious dishes.
- The chef cleans the kitchen area and leaves.
